Sweet Chili Shrimp Flatbread

Thin flatbread covered with Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce that’s been slightly thinned with orange juice. Sprinkled modestly with cheese, shrimp and green pepper. Baked and finished with fresh cilantro, pickled ginger and sesame seeds.


Appeal to the wellness consumer that often abstains from the pizza party with this Asian-inspired lighter flatbread offering.


  • 1 each
  • 1/4 cup
    Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili® Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp.
    Orange juice
  • 1/3 cup
    Mozzarella cheese
  • 10 each
  • 1/2 Tbsp.
    Green peppers
  • 1/4 tsp.
  • 1/2 tsp.
    Pickled ginger
  • 1/8 tsp.
    Sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Combine Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce and orange juice. Spread on crust, leaving a 1/2“ border along the edges. Top with mozzarella cheese, shrimp and green pepper.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Garnish with chopped cilantro, ginger and toasted sesame seeds.
