Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp.
    Frank's RedHot® Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp.
    Coconut cream
  • 1 each
    Pizza crust, 12 inches, par-baked
  • 1 3/4 cups
    Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup
    Sausage
  • 2 Tbsp.
    Ham
  • 1 Tbsp.
    Bacon
  • 1/4 cup
    Pineapple tidbits
  • 1 Tbsp.
    Green peppers

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Combine Frank’s® RedHot® Sriracha Chili Sauce and coconut cream. Spread crust with sauce, leaving a 1/2“ border along the edges. Top with cheese, sausage, ham, bacon, pineapple and green peppers.
  3. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Cut into wedges and serve.

Tips . Hints . Variations

  • Coconut cream is often stocked at the bar.
  • If it’s not available, use a thick piña colada mixer.
  • For a premium presentation, use prosciutto in place of the ham and chicken sausage in place of crumbled sausage.
