Sausage Bruschetta Breakfast Flatbread

Warm flatbread covered with a fresh scrambled egg, crumbled breakfast sausage, chopped tomatoes, fresh basil and Frank's RedHot® Rajili® Sauce, with melted mozzarella cheesy.

  1. Place flatbread on a Panini grill.
  2. Cover with cheese. Top half of flatbread with egg, sausage, tomatoes, Frank's RedHot® Rajili® Sauce, fresh basil, and French’s® Crispy Fried Onions.
  3. Fold the side with just melted cheese over the egg and sausage and close grill.
  4. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut and serve.

Tips . Hints . Variations

  • Can be served as a breakfast skillet with scrambled or fried eggs over hash browns or home fries.
  • Then cover with sausage, sauce, basil and cheese.
  • For menu variety, replace the sausage with pulled pork, shredded chicken, or crumbled bacon.
