SWEET HEAT CHICKEN STIR-FRY
Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup | Vegetable oil |
| 3 lbs. | Raw chicken strips |
| 4 cups | Quartered snow peas |
| 4 cups | Red bell pepper strips |
| 2 tbsp. | Grated ginger |
| 1 tbsp. | Minced garlic |
| 3 cups | Prepared chicken gravy |
| 3/4 cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Heat BBQ Wings Sauce |
Procedures:
1. To prepare each serving heat 1 tsp. oil and stir-fry 4 oz. chicken in a wok or large saute pan. When fully browned and cooked push chicken aside, add another tsp. of oil and stir-fry 1/3 cup snow peas, 1/3 cup red pepper, 1 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. garlic. Add 1/4 cup gravy and 1 tbsp. wing sauce and stir to coat ingredients. Serve over rice if desired.
