SWEET HEAT CHICKEN STIR-FRY

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Vegetable oil
3 lbs. Raw chicken strips
4 cups Quartered snow peas
4 cups Red bell pepper strips
2 tbsp. Grated ginger
1 tbsp. Minced garlic
3 cups Prepared chicken gravy
3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Heat BBQ Wings Sauce

Procedures:

1. To prepare each serving heat 1 tsp. oil and stir-fry 4 oz. chicken in a wok or large saute pan. When fully browned and cooked push chicken aside, add another tsp. of oil and stir-fry 1/3 cup snow peas, 1/3 cup red pepper, 1 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. garlic. Add 1/4 cup gravy and 1 tbsp. wing sauce and stir to coat ingredients. Serve over rice if desired.
