SPICY SAUSALITO SHRIMP PIZZA
Ingredients:
| 3/4 cup | Alfredo sauce, commercially prepared, warm |
| 1/4 cup | FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce |
| 20 each | Shrimp, 40-60 ct., peeled and deveined, tail off, thawed |
| 1/2 cup | FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce |
| 2 each | Pizza bread shells, 12 inch |
| 1 cup | Artichoke hearts, marinated, quartered, drained |
| 1/2 cup | Roasted red bell pepper, drained, sliced |
| 2 cups | Fontina cheese, shredded |
Procedures:
1. To make the pizza sauce combine Alfredo sauce and RedHot; mix well. Reserve.
2. To make the spicy shrimp topping combine shrimp and RedHot in a large bowl; mix well. Reserve.
3. Spread 1/2 cup reserved sauce evenly on each pizza shell. Layer 1/2 cup artichokes, 1/4 cup bell pepper and 10 marinated shrimp over each pizza. Top each pizza with 1 cup cheese.
4. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 450 °F for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
