SOUTHERN PULLED PORK SANDWICH
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 lbs. | Smoked pork shoulder, shredded |
| 2 1/4 cups | CATTLEMEN'S® Mississippi Honey BBQ Barbecue Sauce |
| 1/2 cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard |
| 2 tbsp. | Milk |
| 1 tbsp. | White wine vinegar |
| 1 lb. | Shredded cabbage mix |
| 12 each | Onion Kaiser rolls, split |
Procedures:
1. Combine meat and barbecue sauce until well blended. Keep warm or cover and refrigerate until service.
2. In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, milk and vinegar until smooth and creamy; stir in cabbage mix. Cover and refrigerate until service.
3. To prepare each sandwich, top bottom half of roll with 1/2 cup pork mixture and 1/3 cup slaw. Replace top half of roll. Serve immediately.
