SOUTHERN PULLED PORK SANDWICH

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. Smoked pork shoulder, shredded
2 1/4 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Mississippi Honey BBQ Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
2 tbsp. Milk
1 tbsp. White wine vinegar
1 lb. Shredded cabbage mix
12 each Onion Kaiser rolls, split

Procedures:

1. Combine meat and barbecue sauce until well blended. Keep warm or cover and refrigerate until service.

2. In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, milk and vinegar until smooth and creamy; stir in cabbage mix. Cover and refrigerate until service.

3. To prepare each sandwich, top bottom half of roll with 1/2 cup pork mixture and 1/3 cup slaw. Replace top half of roll. Serve immediately.
