HOT & SPICY SAUSAGE PIZZA

SERVINGS | Two 12-inch pizzas
YIELDS | Two 12-inch pizzas

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
2 cups Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
1 cup Pizza sauce, commercially prepared
2 each Pizza crust, par-baked
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Procedures:

1. Combine RedHot and sausage in a bowl; mix well. Reserve.

2. Spread 1/2 cup sauce evenly on each pizza crust. Layer 1 cup reserved sausage blend over each pizza. Top each pizza with 1 cup cheese.

3. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400 °F for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
