DRUNKEN RIBS
Ingredients:
| 5 cups | CATTLEMEN'S® Memphis Sweet Barbecue Sauce, divided |
| 1/4 cup | Molasses |
| 1 3/4 cups | Bourbon, divided |
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce |
| 9 cups | Beer |
| 12 each | Baby back rib racks, skinned |
Procedures:
1. To make the basting sauce combine 2 cups CATTLEMEN'S, molasses, 1/4 cup bourbon and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve until needed.
2. To make the braising liquid combine beer, 1 1/2 cups bourbon, 3 cups water and 3 cups CATTLEMEN'S.
3. Arrange ribs in hotel pans, 2 per pan and equally distribute braising liquid over ribs. Braise ribs covered in 275°F. oven until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Discard liquid, cool ribs and refrigerate until needed.
4. For each serving reheat 1 rack of ribs on low grill, basting with sauce and turning until ribs are heated through.
