CLASSIC BABY BACK RIBS
Ingredients:
| 12 racks | Baby back ribs, membrane removed |
| 3/4 cup | Rib rub |
| 5 cups | CATTLEMEN'S® Mississippi Honey BBQ Barbecue Sauce |
| 1 cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce |
Procedures:
1. Rub each rib rack with 1 tbsp. spice rub. Bake ribs in 225°F oven until tender, about 2 hours. Cool, cover and refrigerate until needed.
2. Combine Honey BBQ Sauce and Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce.
3. For each serving, reheat rib rack on char grill basting with 1/4 cup sauce, taking care not to burn sauce, until ribs are heated through. Serve with 2 oz. sauce.
