CHICKEN QUESADILLA

Ingredients:

9 cups Cooked pulled chicken meat
1 1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Tangy Gold Barbecue Sauce
3 tbsp. Chopped pickled jalapenos
24 each Flour tortillas, 8”
9 cups Shredded jack cheese

Procedures:

1. Combine chicken, Gold and jalapenos, refrigerate until needed.

2. To make each quesadilla, place one tortilla on oiled medium hot griddle, brown and flip. Spread with 3/4 cup of chicken filling and sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Top with flour tortilla and flip. Cook until cheese has melted. Cut each quesadilla into sixths.
