CHICKEN QUESADILLA
Ingredients:
| 9 cups | Cooked pulled chicken meat |
| 1 1/2 cup | CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Tangy Gold Barbecue Sauce |
| 3 tbsp. | Chopped pickled jalapenos |
| 24 each | Flour tortillas, 8” |
| 9 cups | Shredded jack cheese |
Procedures:
1. Combine chicken, Gold and jalapenos, refrigerate until needed.
2. To make each quesadilla, place one tortilla on oiled medium hot griddle, brown and flip. Spread with 3/4 cup of chicken filling and sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Top with flour tortilla and flip. Cook until cheese has melted. Cut each quesadilla into sixths.
