BUFFALO POPCORN CHICKEN PIZZA
Ingredients:
| 1 tbsp. | FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce |
| 1/4 cup | Blue cheese dressing, commercially prepared |
| 1 cup | Pizza sauce, commercially prepared |
| 2 each | Pizza crust, par-baked, 12 inch |
| 2 cups | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 2 cups | Breaded popcorn chicken, deep-fried, warm |
| 1/2 cup | FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce |
| 1/4 cup | Tomato, chopped |
| 1/4 cup | Blue cheese, crumbled |
| 2 tbsp. | Green onion, minced |
Procedures:
1. To make the pizza drizzle combine RedHot and blue cheese dressing in bowl; mix well. Reserve.
2. Spread 1/2 cup sauce evenly on each pizza crust. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese evenly over each pizza. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 450 °F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Slice into wedges.
3. To make the chicken topping combine chicken and RedHot in bowl; toss to blend. Layer 1 cup Buffalo chicken evenly over each pizza.
4. Garnish each pizza with 2 tbsp. tomatoes, 2 tbsp. cheese and 1 tbsp. green onions. Drizzle 2 tbsp. reserved Buffalo dressing over each pizza. Serve warm.
