Trip rejoins the team at Reckitt Benckiser with deep and varied experience as a food service operator, consultant, manufacturing marketer and Corporate Executive Chef.
Early in his career, as Director of Corporate Food and Technical Training Trip Kadey led kitchen management training efforts for Marriott Hotels and FSM Accounts in the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
As a consultant in the US and abroad Trip has developed restaurant concepts, led financial turnarounds and opened properties including his own Sustainable BBQ & Grill concept that won numerous food quality awards.
Trip directed operator marketing programs at Reckitt & Coleman for five years in the mid '90s and was responsible for the development of the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ program, The Seasonal Kitchen menu selling publication and the New American BBQ training that gave brokers the opportunity to take the French's Foodservice brands and their other lines into local ACF chapter meetings.
Trip has been a trained judge at the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ competition. He developed and is the instructor in the Cattlemen's Championship Barbecue Video.
Trip spent nine years with Noble & Associates as a Corporate Development Chef and Group Account Director helping clients such as Tyson, Smucker's, Mars, McCormick, Schwan's and Campbell's in product development, national accounts sales and product sales training.
