  • 12 oz. Honey Whole-Wheat Pizza Crust, 12 inches
  • 3 tbsp. CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, fresh, large dice
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Ham, diced 3/8 inches
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Green bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Honey Whole-Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups Water, warm (112 °F)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 pkg. Yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour, whole wheat
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 3 to 4 cups Flour, all-purpose


  • 1. Prepare crust per recipe below.
  • 3. Evenly distribute pineapple over sauce, sprinkle with cheese.
  • 1. Combine in bowl; cover. Let mixture sit in warm place until yeast begins to bubble.
  • 2. Add to yeast mixture. Blend well; and cover. Let sit in a warm place until yeast begins to bubble.
  • 3. Add in 1-cup increments, blending to mix.
  • 4. As dough ball begins to form, knead by hand, adding flour to keep dough from sticking.
  • 5. Cut dough into 12 oz. pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, flatten and allow to rise, covered, in warm place.
  • 4. Layer remaining ingredients on pizza in order given. Bake in preheated 375°F convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  • 2. Mix BBQ and RedHot sauces together. Spread sauce on pizza crust.
