  • 2 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Olive oil
  • 60 each Tomato slices
  • 20 each Hoagie rolls, split in half
  • 3 3/4 lbs. Roast pork loin, thin sliced
  • 2 1/2 lbs. Smoked ham, this sliced
  • 20 each Cheddar cheese slices (1 1/2 oz each)
  • as needed Butter-flavored oil
  • as needed CATTLEMEN'S® Gold® Barbecue Sauce


  • 1. Combine sauce and oil; brush tomato slices and let sit 1 hour.
  • 2. To assemble single serving, on bottom half of hoagie roll, layer 3 slices tomatoes, 3 oz. pork, 2 oz. ham and 1 slice cheese. Cover with top half of roll.
  • 3. Brush roll with oil on both sides; grill press on both sides. Serve with ramekin of barbecue sauce for dipping.
