THAI-STYLE PIGWICH

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Tangy Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 3/4 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 9 cups Pulled pork
  • 4 tbsp. Chopped cilantro
  • 3 cups Thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 cups Alfalfa sprouts
  • 12 each Kaiser roll split, with some of doughy insides removed

Directions:

  • 2. To make each sandwich, heat 3/4 cup of pork mixture, place on heel of Kaiser roll and top with 1/4 cup each onion and sprouts. Close sandwich and cut in half.
  • 1. To make the sauce for the sandwich, combine gold BBQ sauce, RedHot, juice from lime, and cumin; add to pork, mix in cilantro and refrigerate until needed.
