THAI PEANUT MARINADE AND DIPPING SAUCE

Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Chunky style peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Grated ginger root
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro or mint leaves, minced

Directions:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and process until sauce is very smooth. Use as a marinade or dipping sauce for chicken, pork, beef or shrimp.
