THAI CHICKEN SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Prepared salsa, drained
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Chopped basil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Chopped cilantro
  • 12 each Breaded chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 12 each Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 each Kaiser roll, split

Directions:

  • 2. To make each sandwich cook a chicken breast. When golden and brown brush each side of chicken with 1 tbsp. Sweet Chili sauce. Toast a roll, place chickenon heel, top with romaine leaf and 2 tbsp. salsa.
  • 1. To make the salsa for the sandwich topping combine drained salsa, basil and cilantro. Refrigerate until needed.
