  • 4 tbsp. Vegetable Oil, divided
  • 2 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 large Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 lbs. Sirloin or round steak, 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 3 16-oz cans Whole tomatoes in purée
  • 1 16-oz cans Red Kidney beans, undrained
  • 1/3 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp. Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper


  • 1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Transfer to bowl.
  • 2. Heat remaining 3 tbsp. oil and cook meat in batches until well-browned. Drain fat.
  • 3. Add tomatoes, RedHot, chili powder, cumin, oregano and pepper to pot. Stir in onion and garlic mixture. Bring to boil, stirring. Simmer, partially covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
