TEXAS HOTTER-THAN-HOT BBQ'D CHICKEN PIZZA

Servings: Two 12-inch pizzas
Ingredients:

2 cups Chicken breast strips, fajita- marinated, fully cooked

1 cup Red, yellow and green bell pepper blend, 1/2 inch sliced

1 cup Onions, 1/2 inch sliced

3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce

1/4 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Texas Smoky Barbecue Sauce

2 tbsp. Jalapenos, nacho-sliced, drained

2 each Pizza crusts, thick, parbaked, 12 inch

2 cups Cheddar Jack cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Ranch dressing, commercially prepared
Directions:

4. Drizzle 2 tbsp. dressing over each pizza. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

2. Portion 2 cups fajita chicken mixture evenly over each pizza crust. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese evenly over each pizza.

3. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 450 °F for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven.

1. Combine chicken, peppers, onions, RedHot, BBQ sauce and jalapenos in a large bowl; mix well. Reserve.
