  • 8 lbs. Potatoes, peeled and cut into large dice
  • 2 1/2 cups Cream, half & half cream
  • 10 oz. Butter, sweet
  • 1 1/2 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper


  • 1. Boil potatoes until tender; drain well. Place through a ricer while hot.
  • 2. On stove, heat cream and butter until boiling. In mixing bowl, slowly add hot cream and butter to potatoes.
  • 3. Stir in Frank's RedHot Sauce and mustard. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and pepper.
