  • 1 cup Cracked Bulgur Wheat
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 3/4 cup Mint or parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3 each Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt


  • 1. Pour boiling water over bulgur wheat in a large bowl. Cover and let stand 30 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, mint and onion.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic and salt until well blended. Pour over bulgur mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve as a side dish salad or fill Belgian endive leaves, celery, or pepper strips.
