  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 lbs. Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped scallion
  • 1 tsp. Grated ginger
  • 2 tsp. Chopped cilantro
  • 4 tsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 each Egg
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 16 each Slider buns, split
  • 1/2 cup Asian slaw mix


  • 2. To make each slider grill a turkey patty to an internal temperature of 165F. Grill a slider bun and spread each side with 1 tsp. of reserved sauce. Place slider on heel of bun, top with 1 tsp. slaw, cover with crown and serve.
  • 1. To make the spread for the sliders combine mayonnaise and Sweet Chili sauce, refrigerate until needed. To make the sliders combine turkey, scallion, ginger,cilantro, soy sauce, egg and bread crumbs. Form into 2 oz. patties and refrigerate until needed.
