  • 12 each Baby back rib rack
  • as needed Rib rub
  • 6 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce


  • 1. Remove membrane from ribs and season lightly with rib rub. Cook uncovered in 275F. oven until tender about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Remove from oven and brush each with 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, hold warm for service.
  • 2. To serve put ribs to hot oven for about 5 - 8 minutes to set glaze. Remove, brush with 1/4 cup of glaze and serve.
