STEAK WITH BALSAMIC-MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups Prepared balsamic vinegar glaze
  • 1 tsp. Garlic and pepper seasoning blend
  • 12 each New York strip steak, grilled
  • 3/4 cup Crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 6 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

Directions:

  • 1. To prepare balsamic mustard sauce: combine spicy brown mustard, balsamic glaze and garlic pepper in bowl and whisk to blend. Cover and refrigerate to hold.
  • 2. To prepare each serving: sprinkle 1 tbsp. crumbled gorgonzola cheese over 1 grilled steak and run under broiler briefly to melt cheese. Place steak on plate; drizzle 2 tbsp. balsamic mustard glaze over steak and top with 1/2 cup fried onions. Accompany with 2 tbsp. additional balsamic mustard sauce portioned in a ramekin.
