SPICY TURKEY SLIDERS WITH MINT AIOLI AND CURRY APPLE SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Panko
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce, divided
  • 1 tbsp. + 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic, divided
  • 1/4 cup Minced shallots
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Chopped mint
  • 1/4 cup Chunky apple sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Curry powder
  • 12 each Mini buns, split

Directions:

  • 2. To make the mint aioli combine mayonnaise, mint and 1/2 tsp. Hot Buffallo sauce. refrigerate until needed.
  • 3. To make the curry apple sauce combine apple sauce, parsley and curry powder. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 1. Soak panko in milk until liquid is absorbed. Combine breadcrumbs, turkey, 3 tbsp. Hot Buffalo Wing sauce, 1 tbsp. garlic, and shallots. Form into 12-2 oz. patties and refrigerate until needed.
  • 4. To make each slider, grill a turkey patty. Toast bun, spread 1 tsp. aioli on bun heel and top with turkey patty. Spread 1 tsp. apple sauce on turkey, cover bun crown and serve.
