  • 3 cups Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped garlic
  • 12 doz Shrimp, 16-20's peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Lime juice
  • 3 cups Tequila


  • 1.   For each serving, melt 1/4 cup butter in saute pan. Saute 1 tsp. garlic just until golden.
  • 3.   Add 2 oz. tequila and flambe. Place in serving dish. Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
  • 2.   Add 1 dozen shrimp and saute 2 minutes per side. Stir in 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce and 1 tbsp. lime juice. Toss shrimp until well coated.
