SPICY SPINACH AND RICOTTA PIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Red pizza sauce
  • 6 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 12 each Pizza dough, 7"
  • 3 2/3 cups Chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups Sliced black olives
  • 3 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 6 cups Shredded Tuscan blend cheese

Directions:

  • 1. Combine pizza sauce and RedHot. Reserve.
  • 2. To prepare each pizza spread dough with 2 tbsp. sauce and top with 1/3 cup spinach, 1/8 cup olives, 1/4 cup ricotta and 1/2 cup Tuscan cheese. Bake until golden. Cut into quarters.
