  • 1/2 cup Butter softened,
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 12 each Sirloin steak, 10-12 oz.
  • 6 cups Garlic mashed potatoes
  • 6 cups Vegetable medley


  • 1. Combine butter and RedHot, form into cylinder and wrap in parchment or plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated until needed.
  • 2. Grill steak to desired temperature. Cut 1/4 inch thick slice of butter and lay on steak. Serve each steak with 1/2 cup potatoes and 1/2 cup vegetables.
