  • 1 1/4 lbs. Ground pork
  • as needed Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 36 each Bibb lettuce cups


  • 1. To make the cup filling brown pork in oil until cooked through. Remove pork, drain and wipe out pan. Add additional oil to pan and saute onions, ginger and garlic until soft and slightly browned. Return pork to pan, add Sweet Chili sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve 3 lettuce cups with 1 tbsp. warm filling in each.
