  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 5 oz. Corn syrup, dark
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce


  • 1. Roast pecans until toasted, about 5 to 10 minutes at 350°F.
  • 2. In large heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and water. Simmer until caramel sauce consistency.
  • 3. Add nuts, cream and butter to syrup, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • 4. Fold in Buffalo Wing Sauce. Serve with grilled pound cake slices and rich vanilla bean ice cream.
