  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 3 cups Carrots, peeled, diced
  • 2 1/2 cups Potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 2 1/2 cups Onions, peeled, diced
  • 2 cups Celery, diced
  • 2 cups Green cabbage, shredded
  • 3 qt. Beef stock
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce


  • 1. Melt butter in large stock pot and saute carrots, potatoes, onions, celery and cabbage over moderate heat for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Add beef stock, tomatoes and RedHot to vegetables and simmer 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Keep warm.
