  • 12 each Smoked bacon strips
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Crumbled blue cheese
  • 24 each Sour dough bread rounds, 3-inch diameter
  • 24 each Cheddar cheese slices
  • 12 each Tomato slices


  • 1. To make the buffalo bacon marinate bacon in 1/2 cup Hot Buffalo sauce overnight. Drain and cook in a 350F. oven until crisp.
  • 2. To make the spicy spread combine mayonnaise, blue cheese and 1 tsp. Hot Buffalo sauce. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 3. To build each sandwich, spread 2 bread rounds, 1/2 tsp. each, with spicy mayo. Layer on bread round: 1 slice of cheese, tomato slice, bacon strip cut in half, slice of cheese. Top with bread round and toast slider until cheese has melted and bread is crispy.
