SPICY CUBAN SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 12 each Pan Cubano or soft hoagie rolls
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Deli turkey, sliced
  • 18 oz. Cheddar-Jack cheese, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Roast pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Bread and butter pickles, chopped

Directions:

  • 3. Wrap sandwich in foil. Heat in 350°F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • 1. Mix BBQ sauce and RedHot sauce together. Set aside.
  • 2. For each sandwich, spread bottom of roll with 2 tbsp. sauce. Top with 2 oz. turkey, 2 oz. pork, 1 1/2 oz. cheese and 1 tbsp. pickles. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. sauce.
