  • 1 qt. Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 20 each Chicken breasts, grilled (6-oz portions)
  • 40 each Bacon slices, smoked,cooked
  • 60 each Beefsteak tomato slices
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 heads Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 40 each Challah bread slices, 1/4 inch-thick, toasted


  • 2. Diagonally slice each chicken breast into 6 to 10 pieces.
  • 6. To assemble single serving, spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Layer lettuce blend evenly over mayonnaise on one slice. Top with 3 tomato slices, 1 sliced breast chicken and 2 strips bacon. Top with other piece of toast; cut in half.
  • 3. Season tomato slices with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Combine lettuce, olive oil and RedHot; toss well.
  • 1. To make the spicy mayonnaise combine mayonnaise, RedHot, and parsley in bowl; whisk to blend and refrigerate until needed.
