SPICY CHEESY CORNBREAD

Ingredients:

  • 25 1/2 oz. Corn bread mix, dry
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Green chilies, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Directions:

  • 1. Combine corn bread mix, eggs and milk in large bowl and whisk until all ingredients are incorporated. Fold in peppers, cheese, chilies and RedHot. Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes, then divide evenly among 3-8 in. x 8 in. greased baking pans. Bake in 400 deg. oven for 20-25 minutes. Cut each pan into 9-2 1/2 in. x 2 1/2 in. squares.
