  • 4 cups Peeled diced potatoes
  • 4 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced celery
  • 1/2 cup Diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Diced green pepper
  • 4 cups Cooked diced corned beef
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped parsley


  • 1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water, drain and set aside. Melt butter in large pan and saute onion, celery and peppers until tender. Add potatoes, corned beef and water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover and raise heat and cook until water has evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in Wings sauce, BBQ sauce and parsley. Hold hot for service or refrigerate and re-heat as needed.
