Ingredients:

  • 12 each Burger patty, 8 oz.
  • 12 each Jalapeno jack cheese slices
  • 12 each Kaiser roll, split, buttered, toasted
  • 12 oz. CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • 24 each Cooked bacon strips

Directions:

  • 1. To prepare each serving, grill burger to desired doneness and top with 1 slice of cheese. When cheese has melted, remove burger from grill, place on bun and top with 1 oz. BBQ sauce and 2 strips of bacon. Serve with pickles and hand battered onion rings.
