  • 3 cups Asian sesame dressing
  • 1<br> cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 1/2 lbs. Sirloin steak
  • 6 qts. Asian green mix
  • 3 cups Mandarin oranges
  • 3/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup. Sliced red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups Fried wonton strips


  • 1. Combine dressing and RedHot. Pour 2 1/4 cups over steak and marinate, refrigerated, 3 hours to over night. Reserve remaining marinade.
  • 2. Remove steak from marinade and grill to desired doneness. Discard used marinade.
  • 3. For each serving slice 3 oz. sirloin and mix with 1 tbsp. reserved marinade. Mound 2 cups of greens on plate and top with 1/4 cup oranges, 1 tbsp. almonds, 1 tbsp. onion, and sliced steak. Garnish with 2 tbsp. wonton strips and drizzle with additional dressing, if needed.
