SOUTHERN PULLED PORK SANDWICH

Servings: 12 sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Smoked pork shoulder, shredded
  • 3 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Mississippi Honey BBQ Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Milk
  • 1 tbsp. White wine vinegar
  • 1 lb. Shredded cabbage mix
  • 12 each Onion Kaiser rolls, split

Directions:

  • 1. Combine meat and barbecue sauce until well blended. Keep warm or cover and refrigerate until service.
  • 2. In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, milk and vinegar until smooth and creamy; stir in cabbage mix. Cover and refrigerate until service.
  • 3. To prepare each sandwich, top bottom half of roll with 1/2 cup pork mixture and 1/3 cup slaw. Replace top half of roll. Serve immediately.
