  • 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 6 tbsp. Spicy mustard
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  • 6 each Eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups Buttermilk
  • 4 cups Cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 12 each Catfish fillets, 6 oz.


  • 2. Beat eggs and combine with buttermilk and 3/4 cup Frank's, refrigerate until needed. Combine cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside until needed.
  • 1. To make the dipping sauce combine mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup Frank's, mustard and parsley. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 3. For each serving dip fillet in egg mixture and coat sides thoroughly, drain and dredge in cornmeal mixture. Deep fry in 350°F. vegetable oil until golden and cooked through. Serve with 1/4 cup dipping sauce.
