SNAPPY CHEESE FONDUE

Ingredients:

  • 6 lbs. Pasteurized processed cheese loaf, cubed
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 2/3 cups Red bell pepper, fresh, seeded, finely diced
  • 2 2/3 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Green onion, fresh, thinly sliced

Directions:

  • 1. Combine cheese and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir, until cheese is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
