  • 4 lbs. Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cooked, diced
  • 3/4 lb. Tart green apples, chopped
  • 3/4 lb. Celery, chopped
  • 4 oz. Green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Smoky Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce


  • 1. Combine chicken, apple, celery, onion, parsley, lemon juice, and vegetable oil in a large bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add to chicken mixture; toss well. <br>3. Serve as a filling for a pita sandwich or a stuffed tomato.
