SMOKY BARBECUED BRISKET

Ingredients:

  • 7 1/2 lbs. Beef brisket, closely trimmed
  • 12 oz. Onions, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Pepper
  • 2 1/4 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Smoky Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

  • 3. Remove from smoker; place in aluminum foil, fat-side down. Pour barbecue sauce over all.
  • 1. Season brisket with salt, pepper and onion.
  • 2. Place in smoker fat-side up. Smoke 2 1/2 hours at 225°F.
  • 4. Seal foil and place on rack in pan. Bake 3 hours at 250°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
