Ingredients:

1/2 gal. CATTLEMEN'S® Smoky Barbecue Sauce

1 cup Bourbon

1 cup Maple syrup

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

24 each Pork chops, ready-to-cook, 5 oz.

1 each Pineapple, fresh, chopped

1 qt. CATTLEMEN'S® Kentucky Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce

1 cup Red onion, chopped
-
1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
-
1/2 cup Tequila
-
1/2 cup Brown sugar
-
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
-
2 tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2 tsp. Jalapeño pepper, chopped
Directions:

1. To make the marinade for the pork combine, Texas BBQ sauce, bourbon, syrup and Worcestershire in large bowl; mix thoroughly.

5. To make the salsa, combine pineapple, Kentucky BBQ, red onion, red pepper, tequila, brown sugar, parsley, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and jalapenos in bowl; mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill. Hold for at least 30 minutes before serving.

2. Place pork chops in hotel pan. Pour marinade over pork chops. Cover and marinate under refrigeration for 2 to 3 hours. Remove chops from marinade, cover and place under refrigeration until ready to grill. <br>3. Transfer marinade to saucepan. Simmer for 40 minutes or until reduced by 1/4. Remove from heat; set aside. <br>4. Grill pork chops until internal temperature reaches 155°F. Then brush with cooked marinade. Serve pork chops with salsa on the side for dipping.
