  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Southwest seasoning
  • 12 each Par baked pizza dough, 7”
  • 6 cups Shredded provolone
  • 2 1/2 cups Small dice smoked turkey
  • 2 1/2 cups Small dice tomato
  • 1 1/4 cups Canned drained black beans
  • 6 1/4 tbsp. Chopped cilantro
  • 5 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce


  • 1. Combine olive oil and seasoning and brush about 1 tsp. over each pizza dough. Top each dough with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake until cheese has melted. Reserve until needed.
  • 2. To make the bruschetta topping combine turkey, tomato, beans, cilantro and RedHot. Refrigerate until needed. To serve reheat 1 pizza crust and top with 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. bruschetta. Cut into quarters.
