SMOKE HOUSE GLAZED BEEF BACK RIBS

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 lbs. Beef back ribs, full racks
  • 1/2 cup Old Bay® seasoning blend
  • 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Kentucky Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:

  • 1. Score membrane from underside of ribs. Using kitchen towel, pull membrane away from bone; discard.
  • 4. Combine Cattlemen's barbecue sauce and Worcestershire. Generously coat ribs. Bake 30 minutes or finish on char grill.
  • Combine seasoning blend and sugar. Rub spice mixture into ribs. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight.<br>Place ribs on rack in roasting pan filled with 1-inch water. Cover pan. Bake in conventional oven at 250° F about 3 hours until very tender.
