  • 1/4 cup Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup Chopped scallion
  • 1/4 cup Sherry
  • 9 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp. Chili oil
  • 1/4 cup Sesame oil
  • 12 dozen Washed littleneck clams
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce


  • 1. To make each order of clams place 1 tsp. garlic, 1 tsp. ginger, 2 tsp. scallion, 1 tsp. sherry, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp. chili oil, 1 tsp. sesame oil and one dozen clams in a large skillet with a tightly fitting cover. Cook clams over medium high heat, shaking pan occasionally until clams open, Swirl in 1 tbsp. Hot wing sauce. Transfer clams to serving dish and sauce with remaining cooking broth.
