  • 3/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Large shrimp, P and D
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 qts. Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. White pepper
  • 4 tsp. Lemon juice


  • 1. Melt butter and sweat saute celery and onion until soft. Add shrimp and cook one minute on each side. Stir in flour then slowly whisk in milk. Add salt, wing sauce, paprika, pepper and lemon juice. Serve immediately, or chill and re-heat for service.
