  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
  • 8 cups Cooked, pulled chicken meat
  • 12 each Seeded rolls, split
  • 3 cups Coleslaw


  • 1. Heat butter in sauce pan and saute onion until tender. Stir in BBQ sauce, Worcestershire, Frank's and sugar. Simmer 10 minutes and stir in chicken. Hold hot for service or refrigerate and re-heat as needed. Serve 3/4 cup chicken on roll topped with 1/4 cup coleslaw.
