Servings: 12 -14 inch pies


  • 3 qts. Pizza sauce
  • 12 each Par-baked 14 inch pizza crust
  • 3 lbs. Cooked crumbled sausage meat
  • 4 1/2 qts. Shredded mozzarella
  • 3 qts. Blanched roasted red pepper strips
  • 4 qts. FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions


  • 1.  To make each pizza spread 1 cup pizza sauce over crust, top with 4 oz. sausage meat, 1 cup roasted peppers and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella. Bake in 450°F. oven until cheese melts. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1 1/3 cups French Fried Onions. Return to oven and bake an additional 2 minutes until onions are golden.
